A closer look at this project in Charlotte North-Carolina:
They were unable to construct due to loading and depth concerns over the pipe (too shallow). We redesigned with the PV 400 to eliminate the pipe, the owner came back and had us eliminate the existing pond as well with the PV 400. This created the required parking not obtain a certificate of occupancy.
The goal is to detain stormwater on-site.
